As a 3rd generation real estate professional, Joshua was born into the real estate business. Before he could walk, he was “sitting” on open houses with his grandmother. At the age of 19 he officially joined his family business and began helping property owners buy, sell, lease and manage their properties. Over the past 20 years he has built and grown successful Real Estate Sales, Mortgage, Property Management and Construction businesses. He attributes a big part of his success to the discovery and utilization of hiring Virtual Assistants.
