In addition to this role, he has held significant roles at Westside Property Management, one of the leading property management companies in the Westside. He initially served as the Operations and Compliance Manager, overseeing and ensuring smooth operations. He continues to contribute his expertise and real estate knowledge as a Consultant for the property management company, providing valuable insights and guidance, further enhancing its success.

As an expert in Multifamily Real Estate, Eric provides his insights on real estate investments based on his extensive involvement and experience in the real estate business within Los Angeles and Orange County.
